February 2025: T4 Season, Heart Month and a reminder of TelusHealth Perks available

T4 Season
February is T4 season. Your T4 will be posted in Dayforce by no later than February 28th. You can locate your T4 by logging onto your Dayforce account and going to the tab "Earnings" and then "Year End Forms". Highlight and click on the 2024 year line and your T4 will come up.
Please note that the print option for your T4 is now available on the Dayforce App and the Dayforce Website.
In the Dayforce App – Select the Earnings tab from the menu> then at the top right of the screen select the 3 dots which will bring down more options > and select Year End Forms. Choose the year-end form you want, and you can download or print the form for your use.
Heart Month
February is Heart Health Awareness Month, a great reminder of how important it is to care for our heart health. Heart disease continues to be a leading cause of health issues Canada wide.
Prevention starts with knowing your risk, 9 in 10 Canadians have at least one risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Almost 80% of premature heart disease and stroke can be prevented through healthy behaviours.
Let’s take a moment to reflect on your heart health and consider making positive changes to support it, such as:
- Incorporating more physical activity into your daily routine
- Adopting healthier eating habits, such as more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains - Heart Healthy Eating
- Managing stress through mindfulness or relaxation techniques
- Scheduling a heart check-up with your healthcare provider
Remember, small steps can lead to big improvements in your overall health. Let’s work together to raise awareness and make heart health a priority in our lives!
