Offering five seniors' apartment complexes within Strathcona County and the City of Fort Saskatchewan, Heartland Housing Foundation currently manages a total of 161 units. Monthly rent is based on 30% of the resident's monthly income, thus they are considered "Rent-Geared-to-Income" or RGI housing.
