Studio Suites (Affordable Rent-Geared-to-Income)

Rent is geared-to-income at 30% plus the Lodge Service Package of $1158 monthly, depending on room size (note: Services Packages vary between Heartland Housing Foundation's Lodges and is based on room size). Where applicable, double occupancy rates apply. Contact us for details.

Two Bedroom

Renters Insurance

Heartland Housing Foundation requires all renters to have personal property coverage and general liability insurance with a coverage amount of at least $1 million.

Suite door viewers to identify guests

Building entrance is monitored by video camera 24 hours a day

Our security measures comply with Supportive Living Accommodation standards as established by the Province of Alberta.
