The newly built and completely redesigned Clover Bar Lodge offers a safe, modern, and comfortable home for our residents. 

The new Lodge is reflective of the atmosphere and community feeling the previous Clover Bar Lodge worked hard to establish. It offers a home-like community living environment that responds to the varied and distinct needs of our independent residents. The Lodge  provides an everyday living experience that emphasizes the social, physical, and mental wellness of our residents. 

The new Clover Bar Lodge includes:

  • 350sq ft rooms to improve accessibility
  • Fully accessible bathrooms in all suites
  • Walking paths near the property
  • Additional amenities designed with the next generation of seniors in mind, including technological and recreational enhancements

Clover Bar Lodge Office Hours

Office Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Clover Bar Lodge Suites

Cost:

Rent is geared-to-income at 30% plus the Lodge Service Package at $955 (note: Service Packages vary between HHF Lodges and is based on room size). Where applicable, double occupancy rates apply. Contact us for details.

Additional Services - Clover Bar Lodge

  • Security deposit (one time): $400.00
  • Telephone: varies per facility
  • Cable TV: $45.00 per month
  • Parking: $25.00 per month (powered) $10.00 per month (unserviced stall) 
  • Second tenant fee: $637.00 per month
  • Suite air conditioning (resident owned): $50.00 per season
  • Guest meals at Clover Bar Lodge are available for purchase
  • Beauty salon services at affordable rates
  • On-site services include foot care, hearing aide clinic, general information sessions as arranged
  • Electric Wheel Chairs are allowed upon approval by Management 

 

Clover Bar Lodge Amenities

  • Delicious, nutritious meals are prepared by a qualified chef and served in a central dining room
  • Complimentary beverages and snacks are available 24 hours a day
  • Weekly housekeeping and linen service
  • Our friendly and caring staff are on duty 24-hours a day on site to ensure our residents' needs are met
  • A full time Recreation Coordinator is on staff to plan and coordinate lifestyle enriching activities
  • Various multipurpose spaces and event room available for recreation/spiritual activities
  • Laundry facilities are available for personal use
  • Drapes are provided in suites

Renters Insurance

Heartland Housing Foundation requires all renters to have personal property coverage and general liability insurance with a coverage amount of at least $1 million.

Safety & Security

The safety and security of our residents is one of our main priorities.

  • A personal emergency response system is in place for each resident
  • Dead bolt locks or fob access on suite doors
  • Suite door viewers to identify guests
  • Hard wired smoke detectors
  • Smoke free environment
  • Elevators with emergency call system monitored 24 hours a day
  • Building entrance is monitored by video camera 24 hours a day

Our security measures comply with Supportive Living Accommodation standards as established by the Province of Alberta.

Health Care Services
