Our self-contained apartments provide an independent living option for seniors 65 years of age or older who are seeking affordable housing options. Offering five seniors’ apartment complexes within Strathcona County and the City of Fort Saskatchewan, Heartland Housing Foundation currently manages a total of 161 units. Monthly rent is based on 30% of the resident’s monthly income, thus they are considered "Rent-Geared-to-Income" or RGI housing.
