Heartland Housing Foundation provides affordable and near-market housing opportunities throughout Strathcona County and Fort Saskatchewan while building stronger, more inclusive communities.

Heartland Housing Foundation is a not-for-profit housing management body that provides affordable and near-market housing and support for approximately 1,000 residents throughout Strathcona County and Fort Saskatchewan.

Heartland Housing Foundation currently operates 12 affordable and near-market housing sites, including seniors lodges, seniors-only apartment buildings, and all-ages apartment communities.

In addition to managing housing, Heartland Housing Foundation actively advocates for expanded access to affordable housing and participates in regional, provincial, and national housing associations and working groups.
