Property Overview
Silver Birch Lodge is a contemporary styled 100-room lodge serving Strathcona County and area. The lodge offers several floor plans and pricing options within a home-like atmosphere. It is close to amenities with a major shopping center a short bus ride or drive from the lodge. The lodge provides a high quality of life in a caring and friendly manner to seniors 65 years of age or older who are active and functionally independent.

Cost:
Rent is geared-to-income at 30% plus the Lodge Service Package. The Lodge Service Package is dependent on room size, and ranges from $876 to $1484 monthly. (note: Service Packages vary between HHF Lodges and is based on room size). Where applicable, double occupancy rates apply. Contact us for details.

- Non-medical staff support available 24-hours a day on site to ensure our residents’ needs are met
- A full time Recreation Coordinator is on staff to plan and coordinate lifestyle enriching activities
- Various multipurpose spaces and event room available for recreation/spiritual activities
- On-site pay (smart card) laundry facilities are available for personal use
- Utilities are included in your rent (excluding phone and internet)
- Window coverings are provided in suites

Heartland Housing Foundation requires all renters to have personal property coverage and general liability insurance with a coverage amount of at least $1 million.

Our security measures comply with Supportive Living Accommodation standards as established by the Province of Alberta.
